Is Soulver compatible with 10.9 Mavericks?
Sure is, and it takes advantage of Versions, Resume and Gatekeeper. It is also compatible back to 10.6 Snow Leopard.
Do you still have older versions of Soulver available for download?
Does Soulver support date & time calculations?
Soulver can do calculations with units of time, however it does not currently support the full range of date & time calculations that you might want to do. It's something we're working on.
The insert previous answer keystroke (⌘-\) isn't working in Soulver for Mac.
You probably have the handy app 1Password installed, which uses this keystroke system wide for filling in logins. You can either change this keystroke in 1Password's preferences (under "Logins"), or change Soulver's insert previous answer keystroke by going to System Preferences → Keyboard → Keyboard Shortcuts → Application Shortcuts.
Does Soulver support iCloud for syncing documents?
The Mac & iPhone versions of Soulver support iCloud syncing for documents. We'll be adding support for syncing variables in the near future too. The iPad version of Soulver only supports Dropbox syncing at this point in time.
How do I use Dropbox syncing to move files between the different versions of Soulver?
You can enable Dropbox syncing in the iPhone or iPad version of Soulver. Your named files (not scratch) will be synced into the Dropbox/Apps/Soulver folder. The Dropbox for Mac app will keep this folder up-to-date, so you can open & save files into that same folder on your Mac to have them synced with the iOS versions.
Why doesn't Soulver for iPhone sync my Dropbox files stored in "Dropbox/Soulver" anymore?
Soulver for iPhone (2.2) only has access to the Dropbox/Apps/Soulver folder in your Dropbox. Soulver is not able to read documents in any other location in your Dropbox (like "Dropbox/Soulver", which was the old default). You can either move the files across manually, or let the Soulver upload the latest version of the files that it has from the last time it synced with the old location.
Does Soulver for iPhone support any custom URL schemes, for use in an app like Launch Center Pro?
Yes, there are actions to open Soulver, & also to create a new document (with an optional title or text). Learn about how to use them here.
Is Picturesque compatible with 10.7 Lion & 10.8 Mountain Lion?
Yes, absolutely. It is also compatible with 10.6 Snow Leopard.
Do you still have older versions of Picturesque available for download?
Can I try your software before buying it?
All our apps are "shareware", which means you can try them out before purchasing to see if they meet your needs. Before you purchase the app, it is limited in some way. For example, Picturesque puts a watermark on a saved image. A serial number that you will receive after buying the app will remove this limitation.
I don't like PayPal. Do you have any alternate payment options?
Yes, we also accept credit card payments through FastSpring. There is a link on the right side of the purchase page. Or you can purchase through the App Store.
Do you charge for upgrades?
Very major updates (eg. from 1.0 to 2.0) usually require an upgrade license. It's always significantly cheaper than buying a new license. Other updates are free (eg 1.1 to 1.2).
If you purchased an app from us directly within a month of a major release, you will receive a free upgrade code automatically by email.
Will I get a DVD with my purchase shipped to me?
No, our products are distributed online.

Will I also get a serial number if I purchase your app from the App Store?
No, a serial number is not necessary as you can download the full version of the app directly from the App Store.
Are there any difference between the App Store version of one of your apps, and the version downloaded from you directly?
App Store versions do not require a serial number, and iCloud syncing is only available in the App Store distributed version of Soulver (Apple's policy).
I've purchased one of your apps, but I still have not received my serial number.
You should receive your serial number within a minute of purchasing. If you didn't, try checking your spam folder first, as sometimes automated emails can end up there.
